Association's section About Us.
This is the area of our website that will give you more insight to
our mission and goals of this great association.

Texas
Towers were radar sites located on platforms in the Atlantic
Ocean and
which were a link in the DEW line established by NORAD during
the Cold War.
The Texas Tower Association was formed as a non-profit association in 1999. The membership is composed
of men who had served on or who had
supported these towers, their families, and any individuals
who have an interest in the Texas Towers.
The purpose of the Association is to promote fellowship,
fraternity and friendship among its
members, to preserve the history of the Texas Towers,
and to provide an outlet to share feelings about service associated
with this unique and dangerous duty.
